Over twelve acres of property within the city limits and one mile from downtown Prescott. We have full underground utilities including natural gas, telephone, cable television and broadband internet, trash and recycling pickup, and city fire and police protection. A paved pedestrian street, Jacob Lane, connects all homes and a paved parking area, Benjamin Drive, has adequate parking for all residents. Numerous sidewalks, many with steps and railings, and retaining walls have been built throughout the Village.

Our 3 story Common House (exceeding 3000 square feet) includes a great room for dining and community events, large kitchen/pantry, meeting/exercise room, laundry facilities, youth room, toddler’s play area, guest accommodations, office, reading nook/library, cozy family room/activity center with fireplace, an elevator, and lovely patios and decks for enjoying our wonderful Prescott climate.
