It’s Full of Stars!

On our mostly clear nights the Milky Way is easily visible.

Peace and Quiet!

Although only one mile from downtown, our location on a hillside effectively blocks most traffic noise.

Infrastructure

Our privately owned Jacob Lane and Benjamin Drive are complete, along with drainage and full city underground utilities to all lots. Both DSL and cable broadband internet access are also available with speeds up to 50Mb for telecommuters.

 

Our Property

There are 36 residential lots plus a Common House used by all residents. Most of the homes have been completed and occupied. None of the original lots remain for sale, although there may be properties available for sale by owner from time to time.
