Wildfire Community Preparedness Day

We’re in that part of the world where about the only natural disaster we have to deal with is wildfire. Although we’re close to downtown Prescott, in the other direction we’re only a half mile away from Ponderosa pine forest. So we’re a Firewise community and keep our property neat and clean. We’ve once again been awarded funding for a Wildfire Community Preparedness Day event. Yay!

Fannie Mae has included specific language in its online FAQ’s to clarify that they will do loans on cohousing homes.
