-shared kitchen / living room 
2) Solo rental:
-Rental of a furnished house:
-Includes: 2 bedrooms, a half-bath and full bath, living room- open plan/ kitchen, dog-door out to an enclosed garden space, gas fireplace and tv.
-Living in Cohousing includes access to a community house with a weight-room and hot tub, plus weekly optional meals to join in the common house, plus various monthly activities.
